The Milan is a women's snowboard binding from Union that offers a step-down from the company's Trilogy model and a step-up from the Cadet model. Utilizing a three-dimensional multi-layer strap design for effective coverage of the user's foot, this model helps to evenly distribute incoming pressure to minimize risk of injury and general discomfort.

A Dupont Zytel multi-zone highback is included that is specifically tailored to women, featuring an extended design that conforms to the rider's movements for increased comfort and reliability. On-the-fly adjustments can be made in seconds via the tool-free forward-lean system, with high-quality aluminum buckles detaching and reattaching quickly through the direct-connect strap system. The Milan also features a CNC-machined heelcup for precision heel protection, alongside a set of injected EVA bushings that are built to handle large amounts of impact without sustaining damage to the binding or injury to the user. In addition, PU leather straps provide further boot strength and reliability while maintaining a sleek aesthetic.
