The barrel is 12 inches long to increase the Sweetspot, While the Graphite Handle/Barrel Transition is lighter and stronger than aluminum makeups. The stiff handle produces more barrel flex to create a spring effect. An improvement over the H2 Hybrid, the barrel of the XXL is a double layered design, giving significantly more recoil while increasing the overall structural integrity. However, the Double Wall design does make the weight distribution slightly heavier in the barrel, as opposed to the lighter H2 Hybrid. The bat is ASA, USSSA, NSA, ISF and ISA approved.
