The Everlast 7 oz. Striking Training Gloves is a specialized pair of budget-friendly striking gloves designed for hitting a heavy bag at 100% power without suffering any knuckle injuries. It uses a closed cell Durafoam padding, split thumb padding, and a hook-and-loop wrist strap for protection.

Also included is an open palm design with an anatomical grip and fit, extended fingers for even further protection, and a synthetic leather composition. Critics say the gloves fit better than basic foam gloves, but aren’t as dense or hard as 4oz UFC style fight/grappling gloves.
