Eureka Backcountry 1

The Backcountry 1 is a three season, one person tent from Eureka. In promotion, Eureka emphasizes the fact that the frame of the Backcountry 1 is 9mm DAC press-fit 7000 aluminum. This differs from the usual shockcorded frame Eureka tends to furnish their tents with.

The one door of the Backcountry 1 is supersized for easy access, and there are wrap around vents throughout for air circulation. The StormShield polyester fly, which is a standard feature on Eureka's tents, has four storm guyouts, so that it is reinforced for rainy and windy conditions. Eureka has also emphasized the fact that the Backcountry 1 is especially lightweight, which makes it easier for you to take it solo.
