The DeMarini RD-28 is a high end composite weave softball bat. This is a limited edition bat with a custom design dedicated to Ray DeMarini. It has a Pitch Black Stacked composite barrel to maximize the sweet spot with thin walls and a tight weave.

The Pitch Black handle is given optimum flex to prevent vibration. The Clutch Endcap returns impact force to the barrel. Variegated comfort grips keep your hands from slipping as you swing. Rotation Index numbering system reminds players to rotate the bat in order to maximize its lifespan.

Model Variations

The USSSA version of the RD-28 tests the limits of the 100mph rating, and is not approved for play with the ASA. The ASA approved version swings a little slower and has a variegated comfort grip for better handling. Both bats are approved by the USSSA, NSA, and ISA, and meet 1.20 BPF Bat Standards.
