Burton Restricted Hail Boot

The Burton Restricted Hail Boot is a mid-cost snowboard boot. The FlexSpine backstay of this boot offers lots of medial/lateral mobility, as well as edge-to-edge support. The Shrinkage footprint reduction technology of the Restricted Hail Boot cuts down on toe drag by reducing the boot's external footprint by one whole size (though the boot fits the same as it usually would).

Features that are new for the 2011 Restricted Hail Boot are the DynoLite EST outsole (which brings the weight of the boot down 20% from previous models, with consistent support throughout), the flex notches (which allow for smooth lateral movement), Rad Pad (which consists of pre-curved panels at the top of the instep, geared toward a comfortable lace feel), the Stay Puft tongue (which uses a more cushioined design to promote a comfortable fit), and the Super Grip toe.
