Burton Ambush Boot

The Burton Ambush Boot is an upper mid-cost snowboard boot offering. The Shrinkage footprint reduction technology of the Ambush Boot cuts down on toe drag by reducing the boot's overall footprint by one whole size (though the boot fits the same as it usually would).

You can choose between the single or dual component Power Spine backstay, which allows you to fine-tune medial/lateral support and edge-to-edge response. Features that are new for the 2011 Ambush are the Dynolite EST outsole (which reduces the boot's weight 20% from earlier models, with consistent support throughout), oversized flex notches (which allow for smoother flex), and the Rad Pad (which consists of pre-curved panels at the top of the instep, geared toward a comfortable lace feel).
