Bell Vela

The Bell Vela is a mid-range women’s bicycle helmet, initially released in 2006. This helmet was re-released in 2009 with additional color choices. As a ladies helmet, the overall size is smaller than most other models in Bell’s fusion sport category.

The Vela can accommodate head sizes between 19.75 and 22.5 inches, and be adjusted further with Bell’s ErgoDial fit system. The ErgoDial allows riders to make fine, one-handed adjustments with the press of a button. Cam-lock levers and a PinchGuard buckle also come standard, adding to the Vela’s overall comfort. Other features include 23 air vents and a snap-in visor.
